IS FOR YOU IF...
You’re in your 40s, 50s, or beyond and wondering why your energy, mood, and metabolism seem to be slipping. But you’re not ready to give up on feeling amazing.
You’re curious about how aging and inflammation are connected, and you want to know what’s actually worth focusing on.
You want to age well. Not just in your appearance, but in how you live: energized, clear-headed, strong, and independent.
You don’t want your later decades to be defined by medications, fatigue, and doctor’s visits.
You’re aware that inflammation is part of the picture, but you’re overwhelmed by all the advice and not sure where to start.
So instead of waiting for a diagnosis to take your health seriously, you want to work upstream before symptoms become something more.
You’re too busy or drained to add “one more thing” but you're willing to take small, meaningful steps if they’ll actually move the needle.
You don’t want your routine to become another source of burnout. You need simple, doable practices that respect your time and bandwidth.
You already know a lot about health, but you haven’t found a sustainable way to implement it that fits your real life.
You want to build habits your future self will thank you for.
You want to improve your health without extreme diets, intense workouts, or complicated protocols.
You value a holistic, functional approach and want to lay a foundation that supports long term vitality, not just a quick fix.
If that’s you… this challenge was built for exactly where you are.
Each class introduces one key pillar from our clinically-informed inflammation-reduction “stack”—covering nutrition, light, nervous system regulation, breath, lymphatic flow, movement, root causes, and sleep.
With each lesson, you’ll get one or two micro actions (starting with just 1–2 minutes a day)
They’re intentionally sequenced and strategically layered so that each action builds on the last, creating a sustainable habit stack that works together to calm inflammation and slow aging.
Micro Actions To Build Your Very Own Habit Stack
For all 3 weeks, you’ll have access to a private Facebook group where you’ll get direct support from our team and the community.*
This is where we’ll answer your questions, share extra tips and insights, and help you stay motivated and on track (even when life gets busy.)
You’ll also get a behind-the-scenes look at how we apply these habits ourselves through short videos, meal inspiration, quick practices, and more. Plus, we’ll be celebrating your wins and helping you course-correct when things feel hard.
Ongoing Support
*Participation is completely optional—everything you need to benefit from the challenge will still be delivered through the video classes and emails.
Q: I’ve done a lot of health programs before. How is this different?
Most programs either overwhelm you with information (but no clear steps) or promise quick fixes that fall apart the moment real life kicks in.
Our goal with this program was to provide the most efficient, effective path forward, even for people with very little time or capacity. And every part of it comes directly from what we’ve learned treating hundreds of clinical cases over the past four decades.
We took our best insights and strategies from nutritional support, lymphatic work, nervous system regulation, and root-cause healing and built a clear, layered system that actually helps reduce inflammation and slow down the biological drivers of aging.
We’ll guide you through the micro actions that create the biggest shifts—delivered in the right order, with the support to help you implement them.
Q: Is this just for people with chronic illness? Could I still benefit from it even if I’m relatively healthy?
You definitely don’t need to be sick to benefit.
Even if you feel generally healthy, low-grade inflammation can still be quietly impacting your energy, sleep, recovery, hormone balance, and resilience over time.
The earlier you support the body’s foundational systems (digestion, detox, nervous system, mitochondrial health, immune regulation, etc) the longer they stay strong. Meaning, greater chances at staying sharp, energized, and active into your 50s, 60s, and beyond…
Q: What do you actually mean by “stack”? (Habit stack)
When we say stack, we’re talking about a strategic set of small, high-impact actions that work together to lower inflammation and support healthy aging.
Instead of throwing everything at you at once, we layer these actions, one at a time, in a specific order that reflects how the body actually works. Think of it like building a foundation: each habit reinforces the next.
By the end of the challenge, you’ll have your own sustainable stack of daily habits that target the systems driving inflammation (nutrition, light, sleep, lymph flow, movement, nervous system regulation, and more).
Q: I’m busy. What kind of time commitment are we talking?
We designed this challenge specifically for busy people.
Each class is short, each action is simple, and none of it requires rearranging your life.
In fact, you’ll see that we’ll encourage you all throughout the challenge to start as small as possible. We’re talking one minute per habit, per day.
And yes, that still works.
Because when it comes to slowing inflammation and aging, consistency is far more important than intensity.
Small, well-placed inputs (especially when done in the right sequence) can create real shifts in how your body functions and feels.
So if you’ve got 5 minutes a day, you’ve got enough to start.
Q: Can 21 days really make a difference?
Absolutely. Because inflammation is dynamic. It’s not a fixed condition. It shifts based on how you eat, sleep, move, and manage stress.
We’ve seen it in our practice time and time again: when the body is given the right support, it doesn’t take long to feel the difference. The body is constantly adapting to the signals it receives, so when you start changing those signals (even in small, consistent ways), it responds quickly.
We’re not claiming you’ll reverse inflammation in three weeks. But you can create real momentum and begin to change not just how you feel during the challenge, but the direction your health is headed.
Q: Will this help with my fatigue, autoimmune issues, migraines, hormone issues, etc.?
While this challenge isn’t meant to treat or cure any specific condition, it is designed to address something at the root of many chronic symptoms: inflammation.
Conditions like fatigue, migraines, autoimmune flares, joint pain, brain fog, and even mood issues often have an inflammatory component. And when the body is stuck in a low-grade inflammatory state, it can struggle to regulate, repair, and recover, no matter the diagnosis.
What we’re doing over these 21 days is giving your body the kind of inputs that help calm that inflammatory load: through food, light, nervous system regulation, movement, and more.
So while we’re not targeting your condition directly, we’re working to create the kind of internal environment that makes healing more possible, across the board.
Q: I’m already pretty experienced when it comes to holistic health and wellness. Is there anything new or valuable here for someone like me?
Yes, most definitely.
Even those well-versed in the world of health and wellness sometimes need support reconnecting to the foundations in a more embodied, sustainable way. Or finally putting into practice things they’ve known for years.
Even if you’ve heard or tried the concepts before, what’s different here is how we sequence them, how we help you implement them, and how they work together as a complete stack.
We also include some more advanced tips, strategies, and research for those who want to take their progress to the next level.
